Welcome to Vicky Skincare Lounge. To ensure a seamless and professional experience for all our guests, please review our business policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

  • Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved exclusively for you. We understand that schedule changes may be necessary; however, we respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee (e.g., 50% of the service total).

    • No-Shows: Failure to arrive without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee.

    • Card on File: A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. By booking, you authorize Vicky Skincare Lounge to charge the card on file in accordance with this policy.

  • We strive to remain on schedule for all guests. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment.

    • The full service fee will still apply.

    • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a "No-Show," and the appointment may need to be rescheduled at the client's expense.

  • For your safety and to achieve optimal results, clients must disclose the following during the intake process:

    • Current use of Retinol, Accutane, or any prescription-strength skincare.

    • Any known allergies (specifically nuts, shellfish, or latex) or skin sensitivities.

    • Medical conditions, including pregnancy or active skin infections.

    • Individual Results: Skincare is a personalized process. While we provide expert care, individual results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to home-care routines.

    • Post-Treatment Reactions: Temporary redness, tingling, or sensitivity may occur immediately following active treatments. These are normal reactions and typically subside within 24–48 hours.

  • Vicky Skincare Lounge values your privacy. All personal information and health disclosures are kept strictly confidential and are used solely to provide you with safe and effective treatments. We do not share your data with third parties.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or medical contraindications.
